Hi, my name is Jonathan. I have a degree in Human Movement Science and honours as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have years of experience and research in fitness, diet, lifestyle, and wellness. My approach combines my deep knowledge of human biology and years of hands-on experience to meet your individual health needs.
